23.5 Endoscopic treatment of gastric cancer (endoscopic submucosal dissection technique)

This is a patient with a submucosal lesion noted on routine upper endoscopy. This video clip shows the distal stomach, antrum and pylorus. Note the external compression from a submucosal lesion in the antrum causing distortion but not obstruction of the gastric outlet. The superficial mucosa is smooth.
